A 48 HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED. CANCELLING WITHIN 48 HOURS UP TO 24 HOURS GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR 50% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL. CANCELLING LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN 100% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL SCHEDULED DUE AS A CANELATION FEE. NO SHOW'S ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL SERVICE TOTAL .
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND A CANCELLATION FEE MAY APPLY.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH A SERVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED, I AM HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN TO THE SALON FOR ME TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS. ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE ONLY REQUIREMENTS I HAVE IN PROVIDING ADJUSTMENTS ARE THAT YOU CALL TO SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION FOR THE ADJUSTMENT WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE, AND THAT THE ADJUSTMENT APPOINTMENT MUST BE BOOKED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE.
